Elphanso it is! thanks to the woman behind the bird bath for the great name. He’s up in my shop and entered in the 2nd annual softies awards too. Wish me luck! And because I can’t muster up the energy to get off the couch I will play along with a little meme that I have been tagged for by fiona of fede (blog and shop). She makes some pretty fantastic soft hammer rattles, that you should go see. Okay here goes:

Hey, I have a set of those books too! I got them for about $10 the lot at an unassuming local sewing shop. Haven’t made anything from they yet.

He turned out really well - I hope he gets lucky at the Softies, he deserves it. Glad you liked my name suggestion.(I think I have finally worked out how to leave comments here….I was a bit confused about it a few posts back :P )

oh me oh my, this is one handsome elephant. it’s not often i find myself jealous of a softies pants, but these are great! and the moustache really makes it.
