Hi there,

Sardines in soybean oil ? :-/
Here we still have them in olive oil :-)
But nothing like have them grilled over the coal and then placed on a slice of bread. And to go a really nice salad with tomato, green pepper (also a bit grilled on the coal), onion and coriander (sp?).
And of course that a good red wine goes without saying :-)
And for dessert : “leite creme” a kind of custard pudding.
Ah ! lets end it with a coffee( expresso as you call it there)
